Writing Journal 8.2.2020: The new home office is up and running

So, after a few days of fussing with chairs, layouts, books, electronic equipment, etc…. I think I have my home office pretty much the way I want it. At least, I have it set up in a way that it’s functional and that I can get stuff done in it after the recent move.

I’ll likely keep this entry brief.

Anyway, getting used to the new community, although I do like the new house very much. As I might or might not have mentioned, moving to a new town where you don’t know a lot of people helps with social distancing, although I think I’ll get to know more people through my new work, etc. What next school year will look like is anyone’s guess.

The move has inspired some new Writer’s Biography entries, which I haven’t done a new one in nearly a year. I want to get those out soon.

Also should have a new video entry about my Lord of the Rings read. I’m hoping to upgrade to a better camera in that instance…

So, here’s the data for the writing last week. It’s not the best week, but it’s an improvement over last week. Things picked up at the end of it when I finally had everything set with my home office. (The most important part of that office? A good chair.) Anyway, here it is. Keep safe, everyone.
