Writing Journal 2.14.2021: I love (yes that’s a Valentine’s Day pun) that I might have this posting thing sorted out…

I think that I figured out that it is a bugger for me to post online the stats of my most recently past week of writing (Sunday to Saturday) the day after that week is over with (the following Sunday). You have to have made sure that you updated your writing journal (how many words written or how much time given to prewriting/revising), then you want to make sure it gets posted by Sunday night so some people actually see it… and then you have to make sure it’s something mildly amusing so that you don’t bore anyone who might be reading….

Anyway, I believe that I have solved this problem. During the week (Monday-Saturday-whenever), I will compile the stats I posted last week (or the last couple/few weeks, lol), and get that ready for posting right away on Sundays.

(The question that suddenly comes to mind is, do I need to post on Sundays? Could I post on Saturdays instead, for example? I just might do that, but since I have the Valentine’s Day’s theme working for me, I won’t do that just yet.)

So, I’m hoping that this will result in more regular postings from me. We shall see.

Here are my stats from the last two weeks. There has been a bit of planning on my end, on this longterm fantasy novel I’ve had in mind. There’s been some IRL issues as well… but I think I’m going to hold off talking about those later. (I and my family are well; they have nothing to do with that.) Keep safe, everyone.
