With all the traveling and back and forth at the old job, I was a bit more happy than I had a right to be when I saw I wrote more than I had the previous week. As it turns out, having to drive around a lot for work tends to take away a lot of time and mental energy from what I want to be doing, which is writing.
Just a few days left.
The stats:
Writing statistics for the week ending 18 May 2024:
3,961 words written.
Days writing: 5 of 7.
Days revising/planning: 2 of 7 for 90 total minutes.
Daily Writing Goals Met (500+ words or 30 minutes of planning/revisions): 7 of 7 days.
The only thing really to be said about last week is that I wrote more than I did last week and I haven’t fallen more massively behind than I have before. I’m hoping to do better this week since it is a short week as far as working goes, even though I have to run up to Des Moines for a great book fair you might want to check out.
