Writing Journal 7.12.2020: Honestly I’m surprised I wrote that much with all the moving

This is honestly going to be quick.

My time at the house I’ve spent the last 13 years at can now be measured in days. Things have been hectic as I’ve tried to keep busy packing up or throwing away the accumulated material goods of about 25 years of living. I will say that it has been a relief not to have as many things as I once had. (Actually, one of the things I experienced today might be worthy of a Writer’s Biography post – I haven’t had one of those in a while.)

How much of a disruption the next couple of weeks will be for me is up in the air. I’ve been encouraged that I’ve been improving my production over the past three years, so that was an ego boost for me. This week was not quite as productive as the last, which is not so cool, but it was not a disaster by any means.

Anyway, I have to get back on it, so here are the stats. There might be some mid-weekish posts incoming, but don’t set your calendar by it. Writers keep writing, and all of you keep safe.
